• Key features include power units and electrical connections housed within lockable steel enclosures to prevent operation whilst in an active gas zone. International Paints Inter-zone 954 paint has been utilised for resistance to corrosive drilling fluids.

• The combination of high horsepower pumps and massive screen area gives the R600HC an unprecedented cleaning capacity of 1200 gpm (28.57 bbl/m / 4,542 l/min) to support a 1000 gpm mud pump

• All fluid inlet and outlet ports are below walkway level, reducing trip and access hazards;
• The push-button control station that operates all machine functions, as well as the mix hopper, are located on the same single working level and covered by battery-backup work lights;
• Integrated hydraulically operated secondary stairs deploy automatically to reduce manual handling; Individual weight of setup components lifted manually, such as handrails and walkways, are consistent with safe working practices. Stairway and walkways utilise an anti-slip tread;
• All access points are covered by battery-backup work lights, and key components are housed in lockable compartments reduce the risk of vandalism.
