RECALL – Stop use & Return to Rock Exotica:
Applies to all Omni 1.1″ Pulleys and variants, including double pulleys and Swivabiner configurations, manufactured from Feb 2020 through Oct 2022. The part number will begin with “P54”.

Inspection Notice – Inspect Before Next Use:
Applies to all other Omni Pulleys and variants, including double pulleys and rigging blocks, manufactured from 2018 through Oct 2022. Part numbers begin with “P51”, “P53”, “P55”, or “MHP”.
